  • Description: The Student’s Voice, the University’s new web platform designed to capture student feedback and collaboratively improve teaching and support services, is now live. The channel welcomes all types of feedback, whether it is a suggestion, a reported issue, a formal complaint, or a positive comment; every contribution helps enhance the quality of PhD programs. Anonymity is guaranteed, as the system does not track personal details or IP addresses and sends no automated emails. The recipient sees only the written text, with no way to trace it back to the author. Using the service is very simple. Just visit the dedicated site, select your PhD program and specific course, write your message, and submit it. Upon submission, the platform displays a unique numeric code, a "TOKEN", which you must carefully note down and keep safe. Since the portal is completely anonymous, this TOKEN is the only key to accessing the platform again to track your submission and read the response (provided within 30 days). Please remember that you can also provide anonymous feedback directly to the professor via the teaching evaluation questionnaire, which becomes available once two-thirds of the teaching period has elapsed. Furthermore, in cases of serious violations of the Code of Ethics and Conduct, you may contact the University Ombudsman (link) or the Confidential Counsellor (link).
Additional information: More info can find in the home page of the web application once logged-in.
